Tobias Schultheiß

qualified from the European Business School with a degree in business administration (1997) and as a real estate economist (2001). Since 1997, he was responsible for sales activities on behalf of various national and international investors. He set up the investment department at Eureal for their Frankfurt office and supervised several landmark transactions, which he led to a successful conclusion, at Colliers Schön & Lopez Schmitt GmbH.

During his work in the real estate industry, Tobias Schultheiß has established a network of national and international decision-makers. He has extensive experience in buying and selling advice, valuation, financing and pre-development of individual properties and portfolios totalling more than Euro 1.9 billion.

Tobias Schultheiß is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and also the regional group leader Rhein / Main (RICS). He is also author of "100 real estate ratios." Tobias Schultheiß is married and has two children.
