Tobias Schultheiß FRICS SIOR has been head of the RICS Rhine Main chapter at RICS since 2011 and is responsible for the regular organization of network events.
The Society for Real Estate Research (gif) was founded in 1993 by 27 members and now has over 1,300 members, who form a complex network of young professionals, specialists and managers. The company promotes research and teaching in the real estate industry. It builds bridges between science and business, creates standards to increase market transparency and drives the professionalization of the industry. An active, voluntary exchange between members and invited guests takes place in a large number of competence groups. Blackbird Real Estate founder Tobias Schultheiß FRICS SIOR has been a member of the association since 1997 and head of the “Real Estate Risk Management” competence group since 2017.
With around 2,800 members, IMMOEBS is the largest alumni network in the real estate industry in Germany. IMMOEBS e.V. is active nationwide in six regional working groups and one working group in Austria. Immoebs members combine their studies at the two leading (further education) institutes in the real estate sector in Germany, the Real Estate Management Institute of the EBS University for Business and Law and the IREBS Real Estate Academy / University of Regensburg.
